Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd's (LSE:CORD) Steven Marshall speaks to Proactive following regulatory approval to acquire Polish telecommunications company Emitel. Marshall describes the deal as a "significant milestone" for Cordiant, which had already acquired broadcasting and telecommunication infrastructure operator CRA in the Czech Republic. The digital infrastructure investor is actively pursuing further 'good quality' acquisitions, Marshall adds.
