Secure Like Swiss? The Data Privacy Company That Reports Globalizing Its Currency Options

Sekur Private Data Ltd

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, more people than ever are choosing to stay home, according to a new Pew Study. This may raise additional concerns around cybersecurity if more and more aspects of life go virtual. In 2021 the cybersecurity industry saw over $50 billion in spending worldwide, and this number is forecasted to increase as more work is done from home and more measures are needed to protect both company and private data. Individuals and businesses around the globe may need solutions that work locally for them. Sekur Private Data Ltd. (OTCQX: SWISF) is one company that reports trying to find innovative solutions to these data protection problems. Companies that are dependent on U.S.-based cloud servers such as Google Cloud, offered by Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL), are also subject to a subpoena under the 2019 Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data (CLOUD) Act. Sekur is hosted in Switzerland to take advantage of the strict Swiss data privacy laws. It harnesses what its website describes as “proprietary military-grade encryption security” to protect its private, International Standards Organization (ISO)-certified data centers. Sekur says its platform provides secure messaging and email services as well as data storage, document management, and password management service — and that it also partners with companies like PartnerStack and Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) to host a Sekur Business Suite platform. It has recently expanded its operations, hoping to make its platform an appealing international option. Currencies And Chats Both Part Of A Global Push Sekur entered the American market in July 2021 and in July 2022 launched its multicurrency, multilingual platform. This was part of Sekur’s global mass market launch to make it available for both private and business use internationally. Sekur’s multicurrency platform enables customers to avoid paying the often-expensive bank and credit card fees on currency exchange. It also creates a more seamless experience, ensuring users can use the platform in their own language. Since Sekur launched the multicurrency platform, it has expanded to include eight currencies from over 30 countries. These are USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD, CHF, EUR and GBP. This gives customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, any Eurozone country and the United Kingdom the ability to pay for the platform with their local money. Customers from outside these regions are still able to access the platform and will be charged in U.S. dollars. Sekur also plans to make its platform available in Japanese and accept JPY. Sekur saw a sales increase of 5,600% in the first quarter of 2022 when compared with the first quarter of 2021, while subscriber signups for the platform jumped by over 1,900%. This growth seems to be an indication that the multicurrency offering should foster even more growth Internationally, as Sekur is growing its global footprint.. Another component of Sekur’s platform, Chat-By-Invite, has as of August, enabled chats in 61 countries. Chat-By-Invite allows Sekur users to communicate securely via SekurMessenger by sending an SMS or email invitation to non-Sekur users. After hosting the conversation, the user who initiated the chat can delete the conversation from all users and at the server source. This initiative has been used by Sekur customers to communicate with people in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Csech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Vatican City. This list suggests that Sekur may see future growth in South and Central America, where it already has seen some success, and Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East. Sekur Private Data Ltd. is a Cybersecurity and Internet privacy provider of Swiss hosted solutions for secure communications and secure data management. The Company distributes a suite of secure cloud-based storage, disaster recovery, document management, encrypted e-mails, and secure communication tools. Industry Challenges Aren’t Why Workers Are Quitting

Great Place to Work

Your industry has little to do with whether you can offer an employee experience that outshines the competition. Organizations on this year’s Fortune Best Workplaces lists across 11 industries in 2022 show that companies that prioritize their people can offer better outcomes for workers no matter which industry they’re in. “Great leaders understand that the responsibility to inspire and engage their people is on them —and only them,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work®. “I know it’s easy to blame the industry and not your company, but try not to. We can do better for our people, and there’s nothing preventing any company from doing just that.” Workers at the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care report nearly identical levels of meaningful work as those at winning technology companies at 90% and 86%, respectively. Those levels drop to 62% in tech and 59% in health care at typical workplaces, according to a Great Place To Work survey of nearly 4,200 U.S. employees. The average tech company offers one of the most positive experiences among typical workplaces — 72% of employees on average report that theirs is a “great place to work.” The Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction surpass those scores — 94% of employees report having a great place to work. Great Place To Work determined the Best Workplaces lists by analyzing data from nearly 1 million employees at qualifying companies in 11 industries: Manufacturing & Production Health Care Consulting & Professional Services Financial Services & Insurance Advertising & Marketing Retail Aging Services Real Estate Construction BioPharma Technology Purpose drives retention in every industry Meaningful work — the belief that one’s work is “not just a job” — is a key indicator of retention in all 11 industries surveyed. Despite evidence that some industries are losing talent, meaningful work doubles an employee’s intent to stay in their job long-term. Take the retail sector: • 38% of employees at a typical retail workplace report meaningful work. • 79% of employees at the Fortune Best Workplaces in Retail report meaningful work. • Retail employees who report meaningful work are three to five times as likely to stay in their role. Industry is no excuse for poor well-being. It’s too easy to believe some industries can’t offer work-life balance, healthy work lifestyles or flexible work options. The Best Workplaces prove this assumption wrong. For the typical health care organization, only 55% of employees report being encouraged to find a healthy work-life balance. At the Best Workplaces in Health Care, that percentage jumps to 87%. Visuals available: GPTW Best Workplaces by Industry Lists 2022 About the Fortune Best Workplaces by Industry Great Place to Work® selected the Best Workplaces™ for each of the 11 industries in 2022 based on feedback collected from nearly 1 million employee responses from qualifying Great Place To Work Certified™ organizations in the United States. Ukrainian Brand KIVI for the First Time Introduces its Smart TV Lineup with Own Content Hub in Europe

KIVI

KIVI, Ukrainian TV developer and manufacturer, for the first time has introduced new product line of medium segment smart TVs. The series includes models from 24’’ to 65’’ with different resolutions in frameless design. Product line has received a modern design, which is a result of the work of KIVI own R&D center and 3 international design offices. The models are made in a single stylish concept based on minimalism. To meet the high standards of picture quality, KIVI uses only class A+ panels, as well as several technological and software features. KIVI’s own speaker system was developed for the new product line with the support of JVC Kenwood company. 2022 smart TVs run a full-featured Android TV 11 OS with all the benefits of Google services, Netflix app integration and support of any compatible Google Play Market apps. Chromecast support adds the ability to quickly cast content from smartphone wirelessly. Google Assistant is running with voice command recognition. KIVI TV is not only a device for content broadcasting, but also a media hub with new features available immediately after purchase. Together with the new products, KIVI presents a large-scale media hub application KIVI MEDIA. At no additional cost, immediately after purchase, several sections are available to the user: TV Channels, Workouts and Games. New design To create a new design in addition to KIVI's own R&D 3 international design bureaus were involved. Out of more than 300 proposed options, the most sophisticated minimalistic design was chosen. The width of the visible part of the front frames is only about 2.6 mm. All models have Direct LED screen backlight technology with an optical distance of only 20 millimeters, which will allow to install TV as close as possible to the wall on a stand or bracket. TVs from 24” to 55” are also available in elegant white color. Image KIVI uses only A+ grade panels in its TVs, and R&D has done a lot of work to increase brightness, improve backlight uniformity and rich color gamut of the display. KIVI TVs support HDR not only for files from hard disk, but also when playing content online and gaming. Super Contrast Control 2.0 technology allows you to automatically change the contrast of the image not only of the entire screen, but also of its individual parts. To ensure that the UltraHD screen performs at its full potential even when viewing content in quality below 4K, the TV's processor is able to refine the sharpness of the image thanks to UltraClear technology. Max Vivid is our newest technology that improves an image quality and adds right amount of brightness and saturation by utilizing the power of a built-in powerful chipset. To make sure that video content looks smooth, and the details are clear our TVs have a built-in MEMC technology. Blue light protection By applying a physical filter to our screens, we have managed to reduce the amount of blue light by blocking short, high-frequency waves and allowing long low-frequency waves through. That helps to protect the viewers vision from blue light especially during night-time. Gaming Features Kivi TVs are offering best in class gaming features such as VRR and ALLM. They are fully compatible with modern consoles and could automatically change settings to provide the immersive gaming experience. Sound by JVC For the new KIVI product line, together with JVC Kenwood, an integrated speaker system was created that perfectly complements the high-quality image with good sound. The proprietary speakers are manually calibrated for each TV model and are enhanced with SRC audio processing and Dolby Audio Processing (DAP). The latter allows you to select sound presets and has additional tools like amplifying the volume of voice or auto-leveling harsh sounds during dynamic scenes or advertising. Google Android TV 11 In 2020, KIVI has signed contract with Google, that significantly influenced the stability and speed of the operating system. The joint efforts of the R&D departments of KIVI, Google and Mediatek are aimed at optimizing the operation of software and hardware, as well as detailed testing before the release of updated firmware versions. Thanks to the Android TV OS, certified by Google and Netflix, the user has access to all Google services created specifically for the TV platform, a huge number of applications from the Google Play Market, as well as Chromecast technology and Google Assistant. Control The remote control was developed in cooperation with the South Korean company Remote Solution. Ergonomics is built on the basis of KIVI and Google research: the buttons are located as intuitively as possible. The remote control works via Bluetooth, is equipped with a microphone and "quiet" buttons. The Air Mouse function is provided: with the help of a gyroscope, the remote control simulates a computer mouse cursor on the TV screen. KIVI MEDIA 2.0 Together with the 2022 lineup, KIVI introduced the updated KIVI MEDIA, a branded app for quick access to the best and most diverse partner content. Using KIVI MEDIA user will be able to have access to content immediately after TV unpacking. The KIVI MEDIA proprietary application will be updated regularly and will always have partially free content. Following content sections are available now: TV Channels: In cooperation with media content provides we offers free and paid TV channels (The list of channels varies in every country) Workouts: pre-recorded workout sessions which features the world class trainers will help viewers to keep their bodies in shape. Games: the section was developed in cooperation with the Boosteroid service (one of the three largest cloud gaming providers in Europe). Boosteroid technology allows to run demanding modern PC games simply on a TV: the game is launched on the partner's own servers, and the game process is transmitted via the Internet to the user's screen, who controls the game from his/her device, for example, from a gamepad. In addition to cloud gaming, free Android games for the whole family are integrated into the section. Simple tips and tricks to tackle inflation and manage budgets this Back-To-School shopping season

YourUpdateTV

A recent poll from Morning Consult found that only 36% of parents can afford back-to-school shopping this year without any issues. The National Retail Federation’s latest back-to-school shopping survey also shows a third of families plan to cut back on other spending areas — in order to cover the cost of must-haves for the new school year. Even with so many people concerned about costs, back-to-school spending is expected to hit an all time high this year — a whopping $864 per household for K-12, and $1200 for college students. Despite all of these challenges, there are some simple tips and tricks to save every penny you can for back-to-school shopping and beyond: Look for Student and Seasonal Discount: Flash your student ID and many popular stores will give you discounted rates. You can also take advantage of student discounts through sites such as Unidays and Student Beans. College students usually get the most discounts but many stores have savings for grades K-12 too. Spread Out Payments Over Time with Reliable Buy Now, Pay Later Options: With rising costs, many consumers are looking for greater payment flexibility when making back-to-school purchases. Pay Later with PayPal lets you spread payments out over time. For purchases between $30-$1,500, you can select Pay in 4 1 and break the cost into four interest-free payments with the first payment due at time of purchase. For those larger back-to-school purchases, you can select the new Pay Monthly 2 option and break the total cost into monthly payments over a longer period of time. Pay Later with PayPal gives you more choice in how you pay for purchases so you can select the option that works best for your budget. Learn more at paypal.com/buynowpaylater. Use browser extensions for coupons and cash back: You might think you’ve found the best deal out there, but there’s a good chance there are even better prices still waiting to be discovered. The Easiest way to make sure you’re paying the lowest prices — is to Install the PayPal Honey 1 desktop “browser” extension. This online shopping tool automatically discovers coupons at your favorite stores— and applies the best ones it finds at checkout. It even helps you layer savings by finding rewards that you can redeem for cash back. You can find it at: www.joinhoney.com Shop Refurbished: There are plenty of apps and sites out there to help you track down any used or refurbished items on your list. Whether you’re shopping for textbooks, electronics or clothing, you’ll pay less than if you were to buy the item brand new. Plus, you can usually find discounted items in “like new” condition on many platforms for free.. Contact Details Your Update TV +1 212-736-2727 yourupdatetv@gmail.com

Bernie Sanders Fined $15,000 by FEC for Hiring of Foreign Nationals

Coolidge Reagan Foundation

First Amendment watchdog Coolidge Reagan Foundation (CRF), on the heels of securing a record 6-figure fine against Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the DNC, announced it has secured a five-figure fine against Senator Bernie Sanders. In a filing not yet made public, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) acted on a 2019 Complaint CRF filed exposing illegal activity by the Bernie Sanders campaign. The CRF Complaint exposed how the Bernie Sanders campaign hired foreign nationals in violation of federal election laws designed to prevent international actors from meddling in U.S. elections. As part of a conciliation agreement with the FEC, the Bernie Sanders campaign must pay a fine of $15,000. Additionally, the Sanders campaign must agree not to contest the findings of the FEC and must cease and desist from further law-breaking. “I find it incredibly ironic and not at all surprising that the same people who were so outraged by the Russia hoax were at the same time violating laws to prevent foreign influence in our elections,” said Dan Backer Counsel to Coolidge Reagan Foundation. “The Bernie Sanders campaign got caught willfully and knowingly allowing foreign nationals to participate in the strategy, planning, and tactical implementation of campaign activity.” The original Complaint may be found here. The Conciliation Agreement will be posted by the FEC within the next 30 days. The Complaint alleged in part that, “…Due to the high profile of Cesar Vargas, Erika Andiola, and Maria Belén Sisa as leading activists in the undocumented community, there is reason to believe that respondents are ‘foreign nationals'…and in violation of…directly or indirectly participated in the decision-making process of persons with regard to the election-related activities…” The Bernie Sanders Conciliation Agreement follows another recent Coolidge Reagan victory at the FEC from a 2018 Complaint resulting in a $113,000 fine against Hillary for America and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for lying about their funding of the Russia Hoax dossier. “Our track record is strong. We went after Hillary, and we won. We went after Comrade Bernie, and we won, again,” Backer continued. “While those on the radical left may not care about the truth, we do. Our determination is unwavering, and we expect the FEC will agree with us again as we call out additional violations in FEC Complaints we have filed.” ### Please visit https://www.coolidgereagan.org/.
